America Now Must Apologize To Sodom And Gomorrah

On Friday, June 26th, the Supreme Court ruled 5-4 that Sodomites now have a “right” to marry in all 50 states. “No longer may this liberty be denied,” Justice Anthony M. Kennedy wrote for the majority in the historic decision. “No union is more profound than marriage, for it embodies the highest ideals of love, fidelity, devotion, sacrifice and family. In forming a marital union, two people become something greater than once they were.”

"When the righteous increase, the people rejoice, but when the wicked rule, the people groan." - Proverbs 29:2

What has always struck me as ironic is how Sodomites use the rainbow as their symbol, when God used it as a reminder of how He destroyed the world with water because of its wickedness. Because this nation has gone the way of full support of Sodomy, you can bet your bottom dollar, judgment is on the way. There is no way in hell that God would destroy two cities over this and yet smile at America.

Have we forgotten that God does not reward wickedness with blessing? Honestly, this has been a long time coming. So many Christians, from Pastors to layman, have cowardly shown their support for this abomination, all the while evoking statements like “love is love” and “do not judge.” While Pastors and bakers have been confronted with the militant Sodomites, Christians have gone into hiding hoping the issue would go away. The issue did not go away and is not a blight upon this nation which is begging for God’s wrath.

“For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but cast them into hell and committed them to chains of gloomy darkness to be kept until the judgment; if he did not spare the ancient world, but preserved Noah, a herald of righteousness, with seven others, when he brought a flood upon the world of the ungodly; if by turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to ashes he condemned them to extinction, making them an example of what is going to happen to the ungodly; and if he rescued righteous Lot, greatly distressed by the sensual conduct of the wicked (for as that righteous man lived among them day after day, he was tormenting his righteous soul over their lawless deeds that he saw and heard); then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from trials, and to keep the unrighteous under punishment until the day of judgment, and especially those who indulge in the lust of defiling passion and despise authority.” – 2 Peter 2:4-10

If God did not spare Sodom and Gomorrah, what makes us think He would now spare America? America must now apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah. We have now crossed the very societal line that caused God to destroy two cities that were celebrating and indulging in this abomination.

Genesis 19 can now stand as the statement of judgment against this nation. When this nation is murdering babies, teaching our children to explore with Sodomy, championing transgender wickedness, and while Christians go from being bold to being complete cowards, I pray, no, I beg God to judge us. Only then, from the ashes, could we have any hope of recovering from the widespread wicked debacle that this culture feeds on. Because God's Laws has been completely forsaken, Sodom has now rushed in and raised its wicked flag in this nation's history, as a chapter of victory for the wicked.

This will now be the turning point where Christians and Pastors will be targeted by the wicked. Christians will be prosecuted and Pastors will be sued. Because this abomination went from being a crime to being celebrated, you can be sure that the wicked will now directly set their sights upon the righteous.

In a way I am thankful for the judgment of God. It will now begin to separate the fake cowardly Christians from those that truly love and fear God. It will separate the "statists" from those that have Jesus as King.

The only thing I can even think of praying right now is from the Scripture in Habakkuk 3:2, “in wrath, remember mercy.”

Wrath is coming. May God have mercy.

The LORD detests those whose hearts are perverse, but he delights in those whose ways are blameless. – Proverbs 11:20

Because the sentence against an evil deed is not executed speedily, the heart of the children of man is fully set to do evil. - Ecclesiastes 8:11
